1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has left our facility.
2. Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free on orders over $50; otherwise a flat rate of $5.95).
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days ($12.00).
3. International Shipping
We currently offer worldwide shipping. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
